Experience
The partners of Storage South Management, LLC have over 50 years of combined experience in the self storage industry that includes:
- Self Storage Facility Ownership- Two of our partners have been owners of eight different storage facilities.
- Self Storage Development- Building self storage projects from the ground up.
- Operations Management- Management of the day-to-day activities and operations of the facility to insure its success.
- Advertising & Marketing- Business analysis to determine the most effective means of advertising based on the facility’s needs (initial lease-up or stabilized capacity) and current market situation.
- Financial Analysis- Background includes financial analysis for new sites, expansion sites, and for ongoing business operations.
